Applying to CSF is as easy as 1-2-3!

 

NOTE: this application works best on a computer, not a mobile device.

Please complete the following steps in order:

  Make an account on this website.

• USE YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL!! This account will be used to apply for all CSF applications.

Fill out the online application, found under the FORMS tab

1. Enter in your grades from the previous term and meet the 10 point minimum using the CSF point system.

2. Provide proof of these grades (Screenshot from Synergy or picture of report cards)

   • MUST show all grades used to qualify​

3. Have parent/guardian sign the Parent Permission Form to give CSF exec members permission to view grades.

   • NOTE: All CSF Exec sign a strict confidentiality agreement and understand the importance of PUSD student's rights.

4. Pay the $12 Fee through the Westview ASB Student Store

   • No student will be denied membership due to a lack of funds. Please contact Ms. Loo for a fee waiver.​

5. Provide proof of a minimum of 6 community service hours​​

6. Confirmation emails will be sent out to all applicants once the application term is over

   • Please be patient with the exec team, as Westview CSF receives up to 400 applications each year and we must manually check each one.​

   • Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or are facing any technical difficulties. We will work with you to get your application in, even if that means extending the deadline.
